Our Services, Products and Prices

We reserve the right to change/withdraw/modify or alter the types/nature of services/products or/and their price without any prior notice. We will try our best to continue supplying/serving the customers/partners with earlier available products/services (however at revised rate) to ongoing sites, but are not obligated to do so.

Color, shade or design accuracy- even though we strive to reproduce the colors and designs as displayed, but for whatever reasons including (but not limited to) people’s perception, electronic output device display, technical limitations in reproducing the color design, background coat, lighting and other factors- there can be some variation in color and design/patterns of paints and wall papers.

We reserve the right to refuse, or limit the scope of our products services in special geography or even to specific person or a group of people without any obligation to disclose the reasons for refusal/limiting.

The reason for the refusal may be even the size and value of the order.

Personal Information

Handling and preserving the personal information of the customers are done as per our policy, we assure of not using them for any other purpose than for company’s sales and promotion.

Refund Policy

Once customer accepts the quotation, all terms and conditions; and a token payment, then only we will initiate the process of serving them.

If the customer cancels the service before 2 days of the expected time of work commencement, we will refund the amount after deducting 5% of the paid amount. However, if the customer cancels the services, 24-48 hours before the expected work commencement time, 10% deduction of the paid amount will be done. If the customer cancels within 24 hours from the expected time of work commencement - 50% of the paid amount will be deducted. The payable amount will be transferred to the same account within 7-10 days.

If the customer cancels the order in the course of servicing, the company reserves the right to recover the cost of labor, material and relocation of equipment etc. from the customers.

Execution

Mazon Solutions has a panel of trained painting contractors, who perform the assignment on our behalf once we accept any project. Our own supervisors/site inspectors keep visiting the site to ensure work happing as per promised quality and guidelines.

Even though the people deployed at site are of verified back ground, Customers are advised to keep the valuables in a safe custody, when they are at work.

There can be some degree of variation in work progress against the timeline in normal circumstances, Mazon will try to handover the site with least possible time deviation.

However, for any delay or incompletion due to the reasons beyond our control (force majeure), company will not be responsible.

For any delay caused due to customer’s side- delay in giving the access, or any disruption at the work, (including engaging any third party or agency causing disruption at our work); company will not be responsible. In case these delays are affecting the cost to the company or to its service providing partner, the additional cost may be passed on to the customer.

If any of the promised material/materials of any particulate manufacturer is/are not available in the approachable market, or is excessively costly, company may change the product to the other reputed manufacturer in the same product category. Company will try to keep the customer in the loop, as much as possible.

Change in shades- As long as material is not purchased/tinted, any shade once finalized can be changed to other shade (in same product category with similar cost, depth). Once material tinted/purchased- may not be possible to return them back- Customer has to pay for them.

The customer will have to bear the cost of Electricity, water, and any such charges incurred during painting process. The cost of scaffolding, compressor or any such equipment will have to be discussed and agreed upon both the parties in the beginning.

Work will commence and progress only when the payment has been received from the customer against the various milestones as agreed in the beginning. Company has a right to stop the work and to recover the cost incurred, if any of the payments is not made against the completed milestones.

For any work beyond the agreed scope, there will be an additional charge.

Company will not be responsible for any consequential damage/loss incurred due to paint work at site.

Warranty-

Mazon will give the warranty for the paint with respect to the workmanship. Product warranty – if applicable will have to be availed from the manufacturer. Cases, wherever products are oif our brand- we will give warranty for the product ad application too, wherever applicable. In any situation Mazon will not be responsible for any failure due to nature of substrates, abuse of surfaces, natural calamities or Act of god, mechanical damage, chemical spillage/ water seepage/leakage, heat or cold or any further coating/treatment done over the painted surfaces.

Even though Mazon recommends the best products and workmanship for any work on waterproofing, but many times, waterproofing work is a corrective measure, not a preventive one. Thereby Mazon does not give any warranty for the water proofing, unless it is being issued from the manufacturers.
